EULA - End User License Agreement

By installing Games Bot you will get gBot as mandatory component of GamesBot (both GamesBot and gBot are referred to as ‘Software' or ‘Application') you agree to this End User License Agreement and apropriate Privacy Policy. Software is property of Anders Kerry Inc. (referred to as ‘Company'). We want to make our disclosure as clear as possible for you, and you will also always have a link to the End User License Agreement from within the installer when you first run it.

On each of our software pages it will specify the exact distribution license the specific software title uses. By installing this software you are agreeing to be bound by this End User License Agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or installing the Software.
1. Information

Games Bot is the software created to make the search of pc games (comparable for Windows 7 and upper) in the internet. Software user can find games by name or category and download them into pc. All applications have been searched from the open sources on the internet. gBot component proceeds the search of the games even when users do not use the software and automatic scanning of external websites, search engines result pages and various websites to gather information about placing advertisements and collect statistics.
2. Use License

Permission is granted to install one copy of the software for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You do not need to provide any Personal Information in order to download or use the Software.

gBot stores some of your information locally on your system. For example, the gBot may store basic browsing history such as URL's of pages is visited by gBot, text and images from those pages, IP addresses linked from the pages, index of most pages you visit, cookies deposited on your system by and a record of downloads you have made. All stored data will be automatically deleted after gBot session ends. Also, gBot will put unique identifier to your computer in order to track further gBot sessions.

However, when you visit the Website, Anders Kerry Inc may automatically collect certain information about your computer to facilitate, evaluate and verify your use of the Website. Software does not share any personal information nor does it follow the users.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. Anders Kerry Inc operates its Website and Software in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Website and Software are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13), and we request that such individuals do not provide any personally identifying information through the Website.

Anders Kerry Inc has no responsibility for games software, which you are searching using Games Bot. Your use of third-party software is entirely at your own risk, and is subject to the terms of use of the third parties operating or providing them. You should assume that any internet page or other software that does not bear the Games Bot logo is provided by a third party.

10. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Application shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This End User License Agreement is applicable to Use of the Software Application.
